Each painting and photograph sold here is an original, one-of-a-kind piece, so we want you to be happy with your purchase.
Returns
If you're not satisfied with your piece, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us via the Contact Me page before sending anything back.
Damaged items
If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Return shipping
For returns not related to damage or a fault, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned piece, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.
